In areas where wastewater pipes are routed through walls, it is essential to have a seamless pipe seal. Ring space seals are particularly suitable for use with core drillings, casing pipes, or sealing packs. These rubber compression seals are installed directly between the core drilling or casing pipe, and sometimes between wastewater or rainwater pipes. They function similarly to sealing packs for cable penetrations. Hauff-Technik offers a variety of ring space seals tailored to different scenarios. You do not need to perform individual seals for the pipes - multiple lines can be routed through a single core drilling and sealed separately. The diameters of the pipes can be adjusted on-site thanks to Hauff-Technik's infinitely variable super-segment ring technology.
Casing Pipes and Flange Constructions for Pipe Penetrations
Hauff-Technik provides a comprehensive range of various pipes and flange constructions to securely pass lines through walls. This assortment includes universal casing pipes designed for all wall types, which can be embedded in concrete or mortared during the construction phase. Furthermore, solutions are available for the retroactive sealing of already laid supply lines, composed of two half-shells. The different casing pipes are suitable for wall thicknesses ranging from 70 to 1,200 mm.
The casing pipe can be used immediately or at a later time for the passage of lines. By utilizing pipe seals, gas- and watertight wall entries can be created. Our casing pipes are compatible with all pipe entry systems from Hauff-Technik, allowing you to effortlessly use these systems for various cables and supply lines.
Connection casing pipes allow for direct connections to DN 110 type protection pipes. These connection casing pipes include an integrated pipe seal realized through plug and adhesive sockets.
Rainwater Entries and the Appropriate Pipe Seals
Typically, every building requires a system for the effective drainage of rainwater. Rainfall can often lead to challenges during construction, especially because the system is installed both above ground and underground, as well as through various parts of the building. Hauff-Technik's solutions are compatible with casing pipes conforming to DN 100 and DN 150 standards.
For this reason, Hauff-Technik offers an extensive range of components for rainwater drainage systems. The emphasis is on the connection areas between individual pipes and the transitions within the building. For instance, the connection funnels with integrated foot protection create a seamless link between underground rainwater drainage systems and walkways, facilitating a level, trip-free installation. Moreover, the system is radon-safe and both gas- and watertight.
The wall entries from Hauff-Technik are specifically designed for embedding in concrete. These entries are available for all wall types, including double and element walls. They are intended for flush installation and feature an integrated pipe seal in the connection areas. To ensure pressure-tight integration of piping, the wall collars are equipped with a water barrier flange, making them suitable for use in floor slabs.
